It is true that without beautiful shoes, many women feel naked. Can be considered as important as the need for them. Therefore, people should not be surprised that women were generally collections of shoes with them. This can be regarded as something that is common to many women, that makes them different from men.
The shoe collection requires many women to fulfill their appearance on many occasions or events. It will be impossible for them to wear the same shoes all the time, on any occasion or event. Usually require a different type or design of shoes to be used or clothing. For example, many women find it impossible to wear the same shoes that used to go to work that are used for dinner or party. Go Buy Now: Spring Shoes
There are many theatrical, dazzling, and over-the-top footwear options this season, but sometimes you want something a little more restrained than, say, six-inch Giuseppe Zanotti Cut-Out Wedges
1. Acne Iman Platform Oxford Pump ($519)
We are obsessed anew with Acne Jeans thanks to their latest addition to the shoe universe. It’s difficult to accurately communicate how cool these beige distressed suede lace-ups are without sounding brainwashed. Just trust us when we tell you they’re sublime, from their leather laces to their peep toes, and very Chloe Sevigny to boot.
2. Proenza Schouler Strappy Stud Sandals
We like any shoe that looks like it could draw blood, and these runway sandals from Proenza Schouler are no exception to that rule. We give the makers of this shoe two thumbs up for the black cracked leather straps (especially the worn-in patina) and the medieval studs on the stacked heel. Talk about tough love...
3. ASOS Leather Cut-Out Flat Sandal ($80)
A lady cannot live in heels alone (though some of us like to try), so for those moments when one doesn’t want the adjective “vertiginous” applied to their shoes we’d like to suggest these simple sandals. The metallic trim is a nice touch, as is the wide weave of the leather straps.
4. Steven by Steve Madden Banglez Sandals
Etro fans, pay attention, because the latest offering from Steve Madden could have been torn from the fashion house’s most recent runway show. The leather gladiators are embellished with multi-tone metal studs and come in white, as shown, silver, and black. (Technically it comes in gold too, but we prefer the other options.)
5. Nine West Heech Sandals ($89)
Thrilled doesn’t even begin to describe the office reaction when we spotted these simple gladiator wedges. They’re a guilt-free version of a celebrity-favorite Balenciaga sandal (as seen on Nicole Richie and Mary Kate Olsen) and an immediate must-buy.
6. Cynthia Vincent Dinah Sandals
Another super sharp spring shoe we’re mooning over is the triple buckle Dinah Sandal by Cynthia Vincent. It’s particularly wearable in the above tobacco color and is an excellent combination of form and function.
7. Sigerson Morrison 7802 Flats ($469)
Everyone’s been screaming about the Balenciaga high-heeled, black-and-white, leather sandal boots for months now, but they’re just so ridiculously hard to wear. Price and lack of availability aside, that is a case of the shoes wearing you, not you wearing shoes, if you know what we mean. That said, we have a not-so-secret crush on these woven Sigerson Morrison flats. The detailing makes what could be another ho-hum pair of black ballet flats something special and timeless.
Spring's Best Trend: Super-Bright Shoes That Make for Happy Feet
If you've shopped within the last month, you know there's a happy trend going on right now: brights are taking over. And not a moment too soon. With all this gloom in the world, fashion should always be kept fun, something to make you smile. So without further ado, here are the best bright shoes of the season, sure to bring joy.
1. Jessica Simpson Color-Block Sandal, $89
Jessica Simpson may not be your style icon of the year, but the girl sure does know how to make some good shoes. I can picture myself in an all white dress, happily perched upon this massive heels. Don't fear the color-blocking; these shoes would look amazing with everything from a LBD to a floral little romper.
2. Deena & Ozzy Suede Open Side Sandal, $39
A modernist sandal explains to the world just how you like things: simple, clean and straight. Your home is flat roofed and your walls mostly white. You appreciate art and simple text fonts. Yeah, you know who you are. Break free from black and white, this gorgeous teal is calling for you.
3. Topshop USA LOGAN Blue Metallic Platform Sandals, $160
I religiously read a blog called Sugar & Spice & Everything Nice. The blogger herself would give anything for these shoes, that's a fact. What would she pair with them, you ask? Jean short shorts, a silky tee and a long black blazer. And she'd top it all off with a billion bangle bracelets. Channel her style and do it the same way. You'll thank her for it later.
4. Kate Spade Wish Wedge, $225
This have a super sweet feel all on their own. Like they'd be happiest if they spent the day in a candy store chomping on gum balls and cotton-candy. Don't do them wrong by pairing them with black, keep it light and airy, white and flowing.
5. Dolce Vita Chunky Heel Sandal, $185
Can you say huge? Now say comfortable. Seriously, they are. The platform is always your best friend when it comes to heels, so don't be afraid. This pop of brightness is exactly what a basic look needs to feel fresh and new.
6. ASOS MALCOLM Suede Punch Out Flat Lace Up Shoes, $62,76
Put those little slip on flats to rest and try something new this summer. They are aching to be worn with a slim-fit pant in camel, rolled-up a bit and a crisp white button-down. You can do it, just give it a try.
7. Topshop USA LOIS Pink Suede Knot Detail Platform Sandals, $130
I'm not going to say neon pink is the easiest thing to wear when you're over 17 years old. But if you're going to go for it, on your feet is the best place to give it a go. Paint your toes a vibrant orange or red to really call attention down there, or go with a neutral and let the shoes do all the work.
8. Steve Madden Trinidad Sandal, $69.95
So you've treated yourself to a beautiful new white sundress for the coming months. You've already had daydreams about talking long walks in it, unknowingly gathering a flock of followers as you pass by. Now you just need the ideal shoes to finish off the perfection. Here they are. Now enjoy.
9. Balenciaga Arena Thong Sandal, $725
The sun may be hidden, you may be having a horrid day, but these badass sandals will always be there to make your day brighter. And most likely every person you cross paths with as you wear them.
10. Topshop USA Turquoise Leather Metallic Trim Cross Over Sandals, $85
If you own a romper, love to run around in shorts, have a closet full of floral prints and consider moving to the beach on a regular basis, you'll love these shoes. They scream beach babe from coast to coast.
